How to Display Account Title During Remote Connection?¶
You can display the account title instead of the account name in the browser while launching a remote connection in both web-based and native connections.
To display the title, navigate to Admin >> Customization >> Configurations >> Remote Connections >> General and choose Display Account Title configuration. Slide the toggle to enable the feature as shown below.
How to Set SSH Port for Remote Operations?¶
If you want to configure the default SSH port used for remote operations, navigate to Admin >> Customization >> Configurations >> Remote Connections >> General and find Set Default SSH Port.
Click on the Edit button and a popup appears on the screen. Give the default SSH port number of your choice and click on the Save button to make the change.
How to Set RDP Port for Remote Operations?¶

How to Display Purged Sessions?¶
If you want the purged sessions to be listed in the ‘Sessions’ tab under ‘Recorded Sessions’, navigate to Admin >> Customization >> Configurations >> Remote Connections >> General and find Display Purged Sessions.
Click on the toggle button to display the sessions.
How to Limit Users to the Connections Tab?¶
You can restrict the user from the user role to access the 'Connections' tab.
To enable this, navigate to Admin >> Customization >> Configurations >> Remote Connections >> General and find Connections tab configuration. Slide the toggle button to limit the tabs.

By enabling this feature, the user could not access any other tabs including Accounts.
