Provision of Personal Password Vault for Employees¶
Employees need a secure and private space to store and manage their personal credentials separately from their business credentials, ensuring that even the administrators cannot access them.
Securden’s Password Vault allows your users to add and manage their personal information. Data belonging to a specific user is separate from the business vault and no other users will be able to access it, including the administrator. Ensure that your users stay protected first.
When you add the account manually to Securden’s Password Vault, you can classify them as either Work or Personal. The Work account belongs to the organization and can be viewed and shared by the super administrator.
The personal account is a private space inside the Vault. It is purely personal and cannot be viewed by a super administrator.
If you don’t want to allow personal space for end users in your organizational vault, you can disable it.
