Securden Referral Program – Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Securden Referral Program. By taking part in the
program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Program. It is your
responsibility to review and understand them fully. By participating in the Program, you represent and warrant
that:
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the Program, and it is your
responsibility to read and understand the Terms. By participating in the Program, you represent and warrant
that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
- You are currently in compliance with, and will continue to comply with, any policies of your employer
relating to participation in incentive or referral programs.
Referral Requirements
- Participation in the Securden Referral Program requires the referrer to complete the landing page referral
form and provide all mandatory details in full.
- The referred entity must be a new prospect to Securden and must not have been previously engaged,
contacted, or actively pursued by Securden, either directly or indirectly, at the time of referral
submission.
- The referral will be considered valid only if it is accepted by Securden in writing after review of the
submitted Referral Form.
- The referred entity must enter into a commercial agreement with Securden within twelve (12) months from
the date the referral is submitted. (For the purpose of this program, a “closed referral” means
that the referred entity has signed an annual subscription or service agreement with Securden.)
- Referral awards shall be applicable only for referrals that meet Securden’s qualification criteria
and comply with all terms of the referral program.
- Securden reserves the sole right to determine whether a referral is eligible, qualified, and successfully
converted.
Referral Award
- Qualified Referral Reward – If a referred lead progresses to attending a Securden
product demo, the referrer will be eligible to receive a fixed reward of $200.
- Closed Business Reward – If the referred opportunity converts into a paying
customer, the referrer will be eligible to receive a fixed one-time reward of $1,000, provided the closed
deal value exceeds USD 2,000.
- Closed Business Reward shall be paid only after Securden has received payment from the referred customer
in full, in accordance with the signed agreement.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals submitted.
- All referral awards are subject to applicable tax deductions and compliance with local laws and
regulations.
Modifications to Program
Securden reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior
notice. Any such changes will be communicated through our website. For questions related to the Referral
Program, please contact the Securden Partner Program team.
Program Integrity and Compliance
Securden reserves the right to disqualify or revoke the participation privileges of any individual found to
be engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful conduct, or using the Program in violation of these
Terms or any applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances. Revocation of participation
may result in the forfeiture of any pending Referral Award(s). In addition, Securden reserves the right to
take any appropriate administrative or legal action, including seeking criminal prosecution, at its sole
discretion. Any failure by Securden to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that
provision or of any other provision contained herein.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Program, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Securden, its
subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and
agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities,
losses, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program or
your receipt, use, or misuse of any incentive, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized human intervention in the operation of the Program
- Technical malfunctions or errors
- Administrative errors in the management of the Program
Under no circumstances shall the Released Parties be liable for any attorney’s fees. By participating
in the Program, you further waive any right to claim damages of any kind, including punitive, consequential,
direct, indirect, or special damages.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree that Securden will handle the details, including personal information, that you
submit about yourself and each Referral under the Program in accordance with its existing Privacy Policy,
which can be found at www.securden.com/privacy-policy.html.
