PoC Engagement Expectations

To help ensure a successful evaluation, we ask that both teams commit to the following:

Securden

  • Conduct four scheduled online sessions.
  • Provide implementation guidance and best practices.
  • Respond to technical questions via email during the PoC.
  • Review progress against agreed milestones/success criteria.

Customer

  • Assign a technical owner for the PoC.
  • Complete agreed activities between sessions
  • Respond to requests for information and testing results in a timely manner.
  • Attend the scheduled review sessions.

PoC Completion

At the end of the 30-day evaluation, we will review the agreed success criteria and determine the next steps, which may include:

  • Production deployment
  • A focused follow-up evaluation for an additional use case
  • Closing the PoC
