Responsibilities
Managing the flow of inbound leads.
Qualifying leads
Scheduling product demos
Helping prospects with PoCs
Acting as an intermediary between the prospect and internal tech/product teams
Preparing proposals
Following up and converting leads as customers
Post-purchase, ensuring that the customer moves to production without any issues
Meticulous with CRM maintenance
Ensuring an overall professional sales experience, thereby winning the trust of customers

Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in software sales and account management.
