Recognition highlights Securden’s broad enterprise capabilities across password management, machine identities, and AI-agent governance
Wilmington, DE – Sep 28, 2026 -- Securden, a leading provider of unified identity security and privileged access management solutions, today announced it has been recognized as a Leader in the GigaOm Radar for Enterprise Password Management by analyst Paul Stringfellow.
The Radar evaluated 23 enterprise password management platforms based on their breadth of capabilities, maturity, operational readiness, and ability to address modern organizations' evolving requirements. Securden was positioned in the Leader ring and Agile Optimizer quadrant, receiving the highest scores among all vendors evaluated in both Governance, Risk, Compliance and Security (GRCS) and Emerging Technologies categories.
GigaOm highlights Securden's broad enterprise password management capabilities, including cross-browser, desktop, and mobile support, centralized deployment, CLI access, RDP/SSH launch, offline access, automated breach remediation, flexible deployment models, dual-controlled emergency access under customer-held custody, and automated failover.
On the emerging-technology front, GigaOm notes Securden assigns machine identities their own human owners, maintains audit attribution separate from sponsoring users, and applies approval gating and token scoping — capabilities the report says "run ahead of the field."
The report characterizes Securden as a broad IT-operations vault that pairs strong end-user reach with back-office depth, at aggressive economics.
"With the rise of AI agents and machine identities, password management is no longer just about protecting human credentials," said Bala Venkatramani, CEO of Securden. "We have been building toward a world where every identity—human, machine, or AI—needs to be secured and governed. Earning the highest scores among all evaluated vendors in GigaOm’s GRCS and Emerging Technologies categories is a strong validation of this approach. It reinforces our vision of moving beyond traditional password management toward unified identity security, without asking customers to assemble it from multiple point products."
Securden extends this vision through a unified identity security platform that brings together password management, PAM, endpoint privilege management, identity governance, MFA, SSO, NHI, and AI agent security under one control plane.
Securden Unified PAM, the product evaluated in the radar includes Securden’s workforce password management capabilities and is also available as the standalone Password Vault for Enterprises.
