Renewal Sales Executive

We are looking to add an executive to our sales team to take care of annual subscriptions and other contract renewals. Proactively communicate with customers, address their concerns and ensure customer retention.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracking subscription renewals
  • Sending timely reminders to customers
  • Help customers with upgrades
  • Communicating renewal trends to product, sales and marketing teams

The ideal candidate for this profile shall have 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
