Job Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the content marketing activities
Creating content (for the website, landing pages, and demo/explainer videos),
Carrying out market research and competitive analysis, product benchmarking, creating user manuals, tutorials, GUI text, etc.
Improving product onboarding experience,
Measuring product usage,
Interviewing customers to create case studies,
Work with demand generation teams
To generate traffic and leads,
Tracking and improving conversions,
Planning and executing campaigns,
In summary, the primary responsibility is to lead various types of content generation to attract traffic to the website and engage existing customers.
