We are growing fast and need to ramp up our team across streams. We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist specialized in tech hiring. Pleasant manners, friendly attitude, and strong networking skills are absolutely essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify staffing needs and prepare staffing plan
  • Consult hiring managers and prepare selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through multiple channels
  • Create interview plan and selection procedures
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate and arrange written tests and interviews
  • Ensure timely communication of results and feedback to candidates
  • Foster long-term relationships with potential future hires

The ideal candidate for this profile shall have 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition roles in software companies.
