Job Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through multiple channels
Create interview plan and selection procedures
Maintain Applicant Tracking System
Coordinate and arrange written tests and interviews
Ensure timely communication of results and feedback to candidates
Foster long-term relationships with potential future hires
The ideal candidate for this profile shall have 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition roles in software companies.
