We are looking to hire technically strong, customer-focused professionals for our customer support team to offer presales and post-sales technical assistance to customers.
Job responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer requirements.
- Providing product demos.
- Offering technical assistance.
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Helping customers in successful product implementation.
The ideal candidate for this profile
- Should offer support through email, phone calls, and web meetings. This requires good writing skills, besides excellent oral communication skills.
- Our customer base (B-2-B) is global. Should be willing to work in different shifts for different geographies.
- Should take complete ownership and be willing to ensure that the customer/prospect gets the needed assistance at the quickest possible time.
- 2-10 years of experience in technical support in B-2-B software product companies or companies that handle software product support. (Those having experience in other domains, kindly excuse).
- Should love working at a startup - enjoying the craziness and chaos! (This is very important).
