We are looking to hire customer success specialists who would proactively engage with customers, offer them all possible assistance, and ensure that they derive the intended business benefits.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Foster a trusted relationship with customers
- Show genuine interest in customer's business objectives and take a consultative approach in helping them overcome issues and achieve goals
- Understand customer needs and expectations
- Ensure that the customers derive the total value of our product offerings
- Coordinate with the product/marketing/content teams and create customer success strategies and best practices
- Develop customer success metrics
- Maximize customer retention and growth
- Generate customer references and develop case studies
- Ultimately turn customers into product champions
The ideal candidate for this role shall have 2-8 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales or marketing roles. Strong verbal and written communication (Must)
